Transformer Rectifiers

• In-house electronics division builds transformer-rectifier units to the highest standards commercially available.
• Units are designed for and have proven themselves under South African conditions, which in many instances are more arduous than those encountered anywhere owing to the high lightning incidence and DC electrified rail traction network.
• Range of transformer-rectifiers includes automatic or manual control, air or oil-cooled units from a standard range or built to customer requirements.

Zinc Products

Manufacture and stock a range of branded cast and extruded zinc products including:

• Cast anodes for Cathodic Protection.
• Extruded ribbon for mitigation of induced AC voltages on pipelines.

Magnesium and Aluminium Products

• Sole distributor of Grillo Ampak magnesium anodes manufactured by Hulett Metals under license from Metallgeselschaft AG.
• In a joint venture with Hulett Metals, ACE supplied the Galvallum lll sacrificial bracelet aluminium anodes protecting the Gas and Condensate offshore pipelines from the Platform to the Refinery on the Mossgas Refinery Project.

Solar Powered (Photovoltaic) Systems

• Offer a range of branded photovoltaic modules (solar panels) and DC current controllers for CP applications.
  
• A range of voltage regulators and equipment housings are manufactured in-house. Batteries, shelters and structural components are also offered.

Insulating Joints

South African distributors of the highest quality Italian manufactured monolithic insulating joints.
